Plug Power Misses
Plug Power (PLUG) reported a 2nd Quarter June 2017 loss of $0.10 per share on revenue of $22.6 million. The consensus estimate was a loss of $0.07 per share on revenue of $28.5 million. The Earnings Whisper number was for a loss of $0.07 per share. Revenue grew 10.5% on a year-over-year basis.
The company said it continues to expect 2017 revenue of approximately $130.0 million. The current consensus estimate is revenue of $138.6 million for the year ending December 31, 2017.
